Top 5 Most Valuable NHL Franchises
The official list of the 2021 NHL team’s franchise valuations was released today (Forbes annual list of valuations). A couple notes outside of the Top 5 include the Oilers jumping 100% from their previous valuation. The Oilers are worth $1.1B in 2021, which ranks them inside the Top 10. The smallest increase was from the Vancouver Canucks who only jumped 14% from their previous valuation. The Rangers become the first team to be worth $2 Billion Dollars!

2021 Valuation: $1.8B

2021 Valuation: $2B
