Use these player salaries as context for building your week 9 OwnersBox lineups. With salaries being set each Monday, they cannot be changed. Injuries and depth chart movement has impacted the value of these players salary significantly.
- After coming back down to earth last week, people might be a little hesitant to go back to Pitts this week, making him a great choice in your lineup. With Ridley out indefinitely, Pitts is the clear number 1 target for Matt Ryan, and will easily command a 25%+ target share on a week to week basis. The Saints are no easy opponent, but Pitts is a different bread of tight end that has as good of chance as anyone to beat them.
- One of the best tight ends over the past few weeks has been Mike Gesicki, and his production looks like it can remain consistent. Tua loves throwing to his tight ends, as the Dolphins have thrown to the position at the 5th highest rate in the league, Gesicki accounting for most of those as he’s 3rd in the league in targets. That’s what you look for out of the tight end position considering how many guys rely on touchdowns.
