With salaries being set each Monday, they cannot be changed. Injuries and depth chart movement has impacted the value of these players salary significantly.
- Everyone saw Taysom Hill play horribly last Thursday against the Cowboys, but despite his terrible performance, he still finished as the QB5 on the week. Now the Saints get the Jets, and I expect Taysom Hill to run the ball himself a lot. The ceiling is very high for him this week as long as he doesn’t get benched.
- Just like Taysom Hill, Cam Newton hasn’t been playing well, but purely from a fantasy perspective, he’s still got a lot of upside. The Falcons are a great matchup for him, and if the Panthers are on the goal line, odds are Newton is taking it into the end zone himself as well.
