We’re onto yet another week of the fantasy football season! As we get closer to the end, many of you may be looking for DFS contests to enter as you may have fallen out of contention in season long leagues. That’s what’s great about daily fantasy football, it’s only one week that your lineup needs to perform and you’ll win more than you would in an entire season. Let’s dive into the SuperFlex position for NFL DFS Week 10.
These players will also be priority targets when playing the new Lightning Lineups game on OwnersBox. Lightning Lineups is a unique user-vs-house game where the player is presented with three lineups of three players each. If you don’t like the lineups presented to you, you can spin the wheel to generate new matchups. All you have to do is select the lineup you think will score the most fantasy points. Andy Dalton ($6,200) vs PIT
When looking to the SuperFlex spot in OwnersBox DFS contests, I typically like to look to one of the cheaper quarterback options. As underwhelming of an NFL quarterback as Dalton is at this moment, the matchup is one that’s hard to avoid. The Steelers are 28th in the league in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks, surrendering 23.2 fantasy points per game.
The Saints will be without Michael Thomas for the rest of the season but there are still weapons at the Red Rifle’s disposal. Chris Olave has enjoyed a solid start to his career, Kamara is an excellent after the catch player and Jarvis Landry could return in week 10. The offensive line has been solid too, allowing the 5th lowest pressure rate this season.

The Steelers have given opposing quarterbacks plenty of time to work, managing just a 24.4% pressure rate. The result is allowing 277.3 passing yards per game, which is 2nd last in the NFL. While also ranking 21st in pass DVOA and 23rd in coverage grade. There are 14 starting quarterbacks priced above Dalton this week, making him a solid value in NFL DFS Week 10.
Travis Etienne ($5,900) vs KC
There’s one thing that I always preach on the OwnersBox YouTube channel, start your pass catching running backs against the Chiefs. Kansas City is allowing a league high 7.9 receptions per game to the position, amounting to 55.8 receiving yards per game as well. Combine that with the fact Etienne is averaging 9.3 yards per reception, good for 3rd amongst RB’s, and we have a match made in heaven.
Etienne has become the focal point of this Jacksonville offense over the last three weeks, averaging 24 touches and 135.7 yards per game. Even as significant underdogs in this matchup, I don’t expect this volume to come crashing down. OwnersBox DFS contests are a PPR scoring format, and I see Etienne getting 4-5 receptions here.
Kansas City ranks 25th in run defense grade from PFF and 20th in rush DVOA from Football Outsiders. If the Jaguars want to compete in this game on the road it will be through controlling the time of possession and putting the ball in Etienne’s hands.
Russell Wilson ($6,400) vs TEN
RUSSELL WILSON? REALLY? Yes, hear me out.
The Broncos offense has of course looked like a dumpster fire this season. But, this matchup against the Titans is going to completely fall on the arm of Russell Wilson. The Titans are an elite run defense, they are 1st in rush DVOA and allow just 67.8 rushing yards per game. But the same can’t be said for their pass defense, they rank 26th in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.
This Broncos offense continues to stall, but they do chase big plays. Denver is 4th in the NFL in average throw depth, at 9.2 yards per pass. Both Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy are top-15 in the league in targets of 20+ yards. The Titans are looking like they will be without their top cornerback in Kristian Fulton as well.
The Broncos have a top tier offensive line to combat this stout Titans front four, Tennessee lacks talent in the secondary, I think Russ can hit some big plays in this game to return his value.
