Every Monday I take the time to find my favorite 1 start pitchers in our salary cap contest who I think are valuable at their price. Here are this weeks picks. 3 Starting Pitchers, who haven’t had their prices changed on the platform recently, and you need to be the one to take advantage.
Luis Castillo @ Phillies – $14,300
Logan Webb vs Rockies – $12,500
Blake Snell @ D-Backs – $12,000
Luis Castillo has been in great form recently, although a blow up in Cleveland is not turning me off of him for this start. His defense did him no favors and this isn’t a juicy start, but I will take his upside every day of the week. Logan Webb has been electric since his return from the IL, expect him to keep rolling in this home matchup against the Rockies. Finally, Blake Snell is back to his old ways, a double digit strikeout performance in his last outing against the D-Backs, I love this play with his price close to our minimum.
